Owner/CFO:
Kay Vanover
Kay is a caring and humble person who puts everything she has into this company. She genuinely cares about each of the participants and staff going above and beyond for all. Kay's position with the company is to deal with the day to day finances, payroll, and oversee the running of the company. She enjoys getting out at special events and spending time with participants and staff.

Kristy Frost
Kristy is an outgoing and energetic person who encourages all participants and staff to strive for excellence in their daily lives. She oversees all aspects of the program. She enjoys seeing all participants from each site several times a week.She enjoys working with staff and other team members to enhance the lives of each participant.
Program Director Jackson:
Christy Collins
Christy is a mover and a shaker. She is continually looking out for all of the participants and staff. She is fun loving, organized and ready to do any job asked at a moments notice. She oversees the day to day of the Jackson program and ensures that all aspects are running smoothly.
Program Director Winchester:
Christopher Fraley
Chris is intelligent and caring with a huge personality. He is passionate about the Winchester program and making sure that all participants and staff are well cared for. He oversees the day to day of the Winchester program and is always available whenever he is needed.
Day Training Coordinator Jackson:
Cynthia Noble
Cynthia is a dynamic, hardworking, salt of the earth person. She is responsible for the Jackson Day Training center. She works hard every day planning community involvement, goal oriented activities, and encouragement for healthy, safe, and independent lives for every participant. She is always there to lend a hand in any endeavor.
Day Training Coordinator Winchester:
Judy Combs
Judy is friendly, dependable, caring person. She is responsible for the Winchester Day Training Center. She has brought a world of opportunity for our participants through volunteering, community activity, and many other educational and independent living activities. She encourages each participant to meet their goals and aim high.
Residential Coordinator Jackson:
Sandy Clemons
Sandy is humble, meticulous, and outgoing.She is responsible for keeping our Jackson houses Top Notch, groceries, scheduling, and a multitude of other responsibilities. She runs a tight ship ensuring that each of our participants have a clean welcoming home to live in and that her staff show the care and compassion that every participant deserves.

Medical Coordinator Jackson:
Donnetta Sizemore
Donnetta is kind and cares about each of the participants whole-heartedly. She is the Medical Coordinator and is responsible for all medical appointments, paperwork, prescriptions, and anything medical concerning our participants. She makes sure that each participant is well cared for and that the medical community gives them the best possible care.

Medical Coordinator Winchester:
Julia Flemming
Julie is energetic, self-motivated and outgoing. She takes care of all Winchester participants medical needs. She makes sure that each participant has the best treatment possible. She also pitches in anywhere else needed and can always be counted on to help out.
Finance Manager:
Allison Miller
Allison is fun-loving, outgoing, and always ready with a smile. She is the lady who keeps the lights on! is responsible for all bill paying, billing, and so many other numerous things one couldn't keep count. Still she makes time to see the participants as often as possible and goes to special events and functions to spend time with them.
Administrative Assistant:
Martin Spicer
Marty keeps everyone smiling! He always has a kind word, a funny joke, and a willingness to listen to any problem and offer a solution. Marty is responsible for filing all paperwork and keeping all files up to date. He also pitches in wherever else he can often traveling between the two sites. He is the right hand around the office and keeps us all going.

They do all the heavy lifting keeping our participants happy, safe, healthy, and growing in independence every day. Without their hard work and dedication none of this would be possible.
